 vely working in the early learning field for over 35 years and currently t
 he Executive Director of Pedagogy with Compass Early Learning and Care.\nA
 s a pedagogical leader and professional learning facilitator she believes 
 in engaging educators in reflective practice and ensuring that our work in
  adult learning parallels that which we want to foster with children.\nOur
  work in early learning has one of the greatest impacts on the children\, 
 families and the communities we support. As we move into the 21st century\
 , the kind of care we bring to early education practices matters greatly.\
 nIn this full day session\, we will reflect together on the purpose of ear
 ly education in today’s changing world and the role each of us can play 
 in helping to create a more vibrant\, connected world.\nTogether we will e
