The Halton Our Kids – Early Years Network is providing FREE registration for students from Charles Sturt University and Sheridan-Oakville Campus (ECEs) in Halton to attend the March 1st conference being held at Charles Sturt University featuring Ann Pelo, Monique Lavalee and Jackie Brown. Their three keynote presentations bring a fresh look at forming relationships with the natural world and each other by nurturing ecological identify in young children. and will show Links will be also be made between this and the aboriginal focus of the innovative Children’s Lands Canada program.

This opportunity is made possible through the Our Kids Network Aboriginal Grant. If you would like to register for the Saturday, March 1 event you may  forward your name by email to Mallory at [email protected]  no later than February 24, 2014. Include your first, last name, campus location and email.

Participants must meet the following criteria:

* a student at Charles Sturt University or in the Sheridan-Oakville ECE program

* Register by February 24, 2014. Registration will be received first come, first served, by the deadline or when the free spots are filled, whichever comes first
