Creating Inclusive Environments Using a Universal Design for Learning (UDL) Approach January 16 & 23, 2019
6:00pm- 8:00pm
This two-part session will introduce the concept of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) in respect to the early childhood classroom.

In session one, participants will focus on understanding the framework of UDL and will be introduced to the UDL learning principles: multiple means of representation, multiple means of action and multiple means of engagement.

This framework will provide educators with concepts that can be brought back to their classrooms to provide responsive environments so that all children, regardless of ability, are able to engage and play. Commitment to both sessions is required.
