 , Oakville \nRegistration begins at 8:30am\nWe are living in a rapidly ch
 anging world\, where we are becoming more aware of the societal and enviro
 nmental challenges that impact all of us.  As people who live and work wi
 th the earth’s youngest humans\, we make decisions every day that have a
 n extraordinary impact on children\, ourselves and our communities.\nAs ea
 rly childhood educators and leaders\, how might we start to evolve our app
 roach to early learning and take up the work of creating inclusive\, vibra
 nt learning communities in a way that is responsive to our times? How migh
 t we nurture an approach to leadership that is constructed around relation
 ships rather than rules?  How do we focus our teaching practices around c
 ompassion\, curiosity\, imagination\, experimentation\, collaboration\, in
 novation\, and kindness?\nThis full day session is supported by using a re
 flective model which invites participants to think with the ideas shared o
 ver the course of the day within their small learning communities.  These
  groups are supported by a table facilitator from your community.  In an 
 effort to ensure that facilitators have the tools needed to make these bre
 ak-out discussion’s rich experiences for all\, we will provide a brief f
 acilitation session ahead of the institute.\nThis Professional Learning Op
