Connecting Families with Loose Parts Through Play |
October 5, 2017 6:30pm-8:00pm |
|
How can you introduce parents to the value of Loose Play? What do you routinely do to involve parents in the classroom? Collaborating and Co-learning with families supports educators in fostering positive interactions with children and allows for meaningful connections to be made between the home and early learning environments (HDLH). As an educator in the classroom we have the opportunity to help parents understand the importance of their participation in their child’s learning. During this workshop participants collaborate, gain ideas and resources in working alongside parents with a loose parts interest in mind.
