Connect and reflect sessions provide you with the opportunity to connect with other Early Learning and Child Care Professionals in order to reflect on specific topics relating to inclusion. You will have the opportunity to engage in a facilitated discussion, exchange ideas, contribute perspectives, ask questions, and make meaning of new ideas, information, and resources.

Session Topic: Setting up the environment to meet the needs of all learners by using a Universal Design for Learning (UDL) approach.

How do you set up an environment that supports children’s unique needs and interests? What is Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and how can I use it in my classroom? These are some of the questions you might have. come with your stories and curiosities and be ready to discuss and explore how to set up an environment that supports and engages children of all abilities and needs.
