 k Susannah Margison\, BSc\, JD\, CPC\, ACC\, the conflict strategist and c
 oach who will help you recover from professional and personal setbacks\, r
 ehab your reputation\, lead others\, and resolve conflict.\n\n\n\nA 90-Min
 ute in-person interactive session for leaders and educators to put theory 
 into action. This session will be more focused on helping people overcome 
 their individual experience with conflict and will be perfect for people w
 ho find themselves triggered by interpersonal conflict.\n\nThis session wi
 ll be GAME CHANGING and will include:\n\n 	Conflict approach/STEAR tool re
 fresher with scenarios and interactive discussion\n 	A conflict trigger ne
 utralization demonstration/hot seat coaching session (we'll need a volunte
 er for this one)\n 	Demonstration and practice of skills to help people fe
 el understood when emotions run high with small group practice (we'll use 
 small groups with scenarios on cue cards to practice acknowledging and val
 idating.\n 	A meditation and visualization exercise for the entire group\n
