 genous children in schools. As a member from the Moose Cree First Nation i
 n Treaty 9 territory\, Candace is more than a descendant of a historical C
 hief and a Treaty 9 signatory\; she's a contemporary trailblazer.\nThe web
 inar "Becoming a Compassionate Teacher" explores how educators can integra
 te empathy into their teaching. It covers Trauma-Informed Approaches\, Cul
 turally Responsive Teaching\, and the importance of community and student-
 led learning.\nThe session concludes by focusing on Self-Efficacy\, encour
 aging teachers to build a personal toolkit for resilience and effectivenes
 s. This approach supports creating a supportive\, inclusive\, and dynamic 
 educational environment.\nIn this session\, participants will learn:\n\n\n
