 bout mental health and wellness.\n\nApplied Suicide Intervention Skills Tr
 aining (ASIST) is a 2-day\, in-person training program helping individuals
  feel more comfortable\, confident\, and competent in learning how to inte
 rvene to prevent the immediate risk of suicide.\n\nASIST is intensive\, in
 teractive and practice-dominated\; designed to help caregivers recognize r
