 \n\n\n6:30pm-8:30pm\n\n\n\nJoin us for a foundational two-part Anti-Racism
  series facilitated by the Mending the Chasm team\, a local equity\, inclu
 sion and belonging-focused training\, coaching\, and consulting firm.\nMod
 ule One: \n\nIn this module\, participants will:\n● Learn about the fou
 ndations of anti-racist and anti-oppression practice and critical concepts
  in anti-racism\, including white supremacy culture\, accountability pract
 ice\, and resourcing.\n● Together we’ll explore practices that support
  building the cultural resilience needed to engage meaningfully with diffe
 rence and differing needs based on our social\nlocation.\n● Utilization 
 of a blend of polls\, scenarios in small group breakout discussions\, and 
 virtual engagement platform.\nModule Two:  \n\nIn this module\, particip
 ants will:\n● Building on the foundations offered in Part 1\, this sessi
 on will see us looking at the ways racism and oppression manifest in daily
  work culture\, the ways we’ve been socialized around gender\, race\, an
 d identity\, and the\nbiases we hold that generate microaggressions\n● T
 his session will provide capacity-building opportunities around microaggre
 ssions\, and how to actively practice anti-racist postures and principles.
 \n● Utilization of a blend of polls\, scenarios in small group breakout
