 eries facilitated by Leena Sharma Smith from Mending the Chasm\, a local e
 quity\, inclusion and belonging-focused training\, coaching\, and consulti
 ng firm.\nModule One: \n\nIn this module\, participants will:\n● Learn 
 about the foundations of anti-racist and anti-oppression practice and crit
 ical concepts in anti-racism\, including white supremacy culture\, account
 ability practice\, and resourcing.\n● Together we’ll explore practices
  that support building the cultural resilience needed to engage meaningful
 ly with difference and differing needs based on our social\nlocation.\n●
  Utilization of a blend of polls\, scenarios in small group breakout discu
 ssions\, and virtual engagement platform.\nModule Two:  \n\nIn this modu
 le\, participants will:\n● Building on the foundations offered in Part 1
 \, this session will see us looking at the ways racism and oppression mani
 fest in daily work culture\, the ways we’ve been socialized around gende
 r\, race\, and identity\, and the\nbiases we hold that generate microaggre
 ssions\n● This session will provide capacity-building opportunities arou
 nd microaggressions\, and how to actively practice anti-racist postures an
 d principles.\n● Utilization of a blend of polls\, scenarios in small gr
