CENTRE MENTORS' COMMMUNITIES OF PRACTICE 

This session provides Centre Mentors with opportunities to reflect together, share successes and experiences, while providing scenarios to practice coaching skills. Each session is unique and will be guided based on discussion by the participants.

PURPOSEFUL GOAL SETTING

This session provides Centre Mentors with a deeper understanding of purposeful goal setting, and how to support others in their goal setting journey. Participants will learn what makes a goal purposeful and meaningful, how to write a purposeful goal, and will explore coaching strategies to support others with goal setting.

Although not mandatory as part of the framework, participation in this session may meet other Professional Learning requirements for Centre Mentors.
